Such a Pretty Butterfly

As you know, the challenge for us this week here at Scrap-Yourself is to scrap with butterflies. I decided to interpret the challenge a bit differently: I created a page all about a special little butterfly I found while on a walk with my daughter.

As you can see, the butterfly is the subject of my layout instead of just an accent. I was so happy when Chalese announced this challenge. I love using butterflies on my pages, but what I love even more is getting to see one in real life. For some reason, seeing them around where I live seems to be a rarity, so it is a very special occasion when I spot one. What about you? Do these beauties flutter around where you live?
