I'm back!
And very happy!! I had many great things happening, and at the end of the post I reckon the best one.
But before I show my page to celebrate Mother's Day.
This page is a great pride for me, I show all my love and affection for my daughter through the elements that we both really enjoyed.

I'm pregnant! Yeah!!!!
Completed two months and we are very happy here at home.
Well, another beautiful reason to do much scrapbooking, right?

A Mother's Love

I found this photo of my mom holding me when I was a baby.  I wanted to use a photo with both of us together and this was my favorite.  Can you guess the time period this photo was taken by my mom's hair style, glasses, and stir-up pants? I'll never tell! hee hee  My wish to all Mother's.....Have a wonderful and memorable Mother's Day!

Perfect Memory

I just love it. The perfect timing and the warm sun on our faces. This is truly a moment when all is right. I am proud to be your mom. Every time I look at it I can't help but smile.

Grandmother, Mother, Daughter, Granddaughter

Today I want to share my take on the challenge. I completed a layout using this special 4-generation photo because I know that Liliane may not remember her Grandma GG. My daughter was just 6 weeks old when the photo was taken. I treasure this picture because it shows a sequence of women in my life! Yay for Mothers!! I hope you all have a lovely Mother's day this weekend for those of you celebrating Mother's day in May.

Mom and daughter layouts

Today is time for Kirsten and me to inspire you all with layouts about our mom/daughter.

First out I show you my layout about three generations, my Mom, myself and my daughter.

I often hear people say, you and your daughter look the same. I often recognize myself in my daughters way of beeing and habbit. She's a lot like me as a young girl.

As I get older I often se my mother in my self, often in our body language in photos and in photos of my mother as young I can see the similarity between us.

The title for my layout is "Three generations of love."

The challenge this week is to make a mom and daughter layout.


Honestly I struggled at little with this one, as I only have very few photos of my mom and I. Anyway - here is my take. As you can see I used a photo of me as a baby sitting at my mom's knee. This was the best I could do with this theme.

New Challenge *Mother-Daughter Comparisons*

Happy Sunday!

It's time for a new challenge here at Scrap Yourself.

This week we challenge you to create a layout comparing yourself to your mother, or daughter. I created this layout, "So Who Do I Look Like?"

I decided to use a photo of myself from high school, and compare it to photos of both my mother and father when we were all around the same age. 

 

Hey Azura here with the same challenge..

People always say that when my mom was younger. she looked like me..

I took that as a positive comment..

Together with the looks we share, we also share many common habits and our thinking is somewhat similar..that is the reason why I can just blurt out anything to my mom and I bet to get the right advise from her..Im glad we are close like that! :)

Here is a layout to celebrate US! :)
